🔄 Refund Policy – MINSOBI

At MINSOBI, we aim to provide a seamless and premium return experience.

🕒 Return Period

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

  • Please email us at info@minsobistudio.com to begin the return process.


📦 Return Method (DHL Pickup Service)

  • Once approved, we will arrange a DHL door-to-door pickup from your address.

  • A return shipping label will be sent to your email.

  • No printing or drop-off required — simply prepare the item and wait for pickup.


💸 Return Shipping Fee

  • A flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.

  • This applies regardless of region.


🔁 Full Order Returns

If you return all items in your order:

  • The original shipping fee ($15), even if waived initially, will be deducted from your refund.

  • The return shipping fee ($9.99) will also be deducted.

  • Total deduction for full return: $24.99


📉 Refund Adjustments for Partial Returns

If your return causes the remaining order total to fall below our free shipping threshold ($120),
the originally waived shipping fee of $15 will also be deducted from your refund.

Example:
Original order: $130 → Free shipping
Returned items: $40 worth
Remaining order: $90 → Below threshold
Refund = $40 - $15 (shipping) - $9.99 (return) = $15.01


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • All original tags and accessories must be included

  • Items that are returned with missing or damaged parts may be rejected or partially refunded


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

  • Gift cards or custom/personalized items


🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@minsobistudio.com
within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • 📸 Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging

  • ✍️ A brief explanation of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
Failure to notify us within 24 hours may result in your claim being declined.


🔒 Customs Documentation

For international returns, DHL may request customs documents.
Please respond promptly. Failure to do so may result in your package being discarded, and no refund will be issued.


💳 Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
