At MINSOBI, we aim to provide a seamless and premium return experience.
🕒 Return Period

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

📦 Return Method (DHL Pickup Service)

Once approved, we will arrange a DHL door-to-door pickup from your address.

A return shipping label will be sent to your email.

No printing or drop-off required — simply prepare the item and wait for pickup.
💸 Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.

This applies regardless of region.
🔁 Full Order Returns
If you return all items in your order:

The original shipping fee ($15), even if waived initially, will be deducted from your refund.

The return shipping fee ($9.99) will also be deducted.

Total deduction for full return: $24.99
📉 Refund Adjustments for Partial Returns
If your return causes the remaining order total to fall below our free shipping threshold ($120),
the originally waived shipping fee of $15 will also be deducted from your refund.
Example:
Original order: $130 → Free shipping
Returned items: $40 worth
Remaining order: $90 → Below threshold
Refund = $40 - $15 (shipping) - $9.99 (return) = $15.01
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

All original tags and accessories must be included

Items that are returned with missing or damaged parts may be rejected or partially refunded
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards or custom/personalized items
🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@minsobistudio.com
within 24 hours of delivery and include:

✍️ A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
Failure to notify us within 24 hours may result in your claim being declined.
🔒 Customs Documentation
For international returns, DHL may request customs documents.
Please respond promptly. Failure to do so may result in your package being discarded, and no refund will be issued.
